The oral history program, in which museum staff and volunteers conduct interviews with individuals who have played a prominent role in naval aviation history, is one of the newest efforts at the National Museum of Naval Aviation. At this time the majority of the audio tapes from the interviews have not been transcribed, which precludes their use by researchers. As progress in this endeavor is made, these interviews will be made available.
